I worked so hard that one day my patient asked me why I didn't operate my own business.  They felt as though I was so good at my job that the world could use more aids like myself around.  The thought was nice, but I just overlooked it because deep down I was already doing what I loved.  My patient then recommended me to their friends, and their friends to their friends and I grew a little reputation as a steadfast aid.  Before I realized it, I wa s working five jobs.

I was heading straight from one client to the next.  I only managed to sneak 1 hour of sleep in my entire day, but I didn't care because my patients needed me and I was there for them.  More of my patients asked me why I didn't operate my own business; and for once I began to take the thought more seriously.

I loved working for my patients, but the work was beginning to get overwhelming.  My husband had suffered from a stroke during that time, so he would need my assistance as well.  I decided to recruit  the best people fitting for the jobs.  People who share my deep-rooted passion for helping others.  Not people with ulterior motives, only concerned with money, That's not how it works here.  It's much deeper than just a job.  We have a mission.  A vision.    And that is what we stand by,
